Good Afternoon,

I am not at all satisfied with the reasoning for adding the additional Senedd members to make the new total of 96 members.

My local Senedd representative Hefin David MS has failed to give good reasoning for justifying the additional 32 members with very dismisive language telling us that this would somehow benifit all by further representation. Also given the proposed electoral approach meaning a constituant would vote for a party and not an individual, this  defies democratic logic which suggests to me that this is a clear move to manipulate future powers withing the Welsh government that oversteps the power limits of local governance.

In addition, added personel requirements as well as the additional office requirements etc brings on further alarm bells of concern.

To keep it simple, the current Welsh government has done way too much damage to our Welsh identity, wellbeing and economy. we are clearly on the edge of bankruptsy having to go cap in hand to Westminster due to the existing available funds being needed to cover the salaries of existing staff.

Billions of tax pounds have been WASTED on poor management  of a dozen vanity projects (too many to list, we all know what they are or what they represent), I'm sorry, the Sennedd leadership has proved itself to be a shambles, adding more members is NOT the way forward, MP's over the border in England cover higher numbers of constituants under the same operational requiremets.

Best Regards,
